PERMANENCE is a documentary photography and Super 8 film project exploring the relationship of Klo and Pauline in Paris. Shot on medium and large-format film, the work uses personal style as a lens into queer identity and expression, documenting not just the spaces two people inhabit, but the traces they leave behind.
 
The project is both an intimate portrait and a broader statement: queer people have always existed, continue to exist, and leave a lasting mark on the world they move through. PERMANENCE is a celebration of queer love, presence, and self-expression.
